Indonesia 10TPH Wood Pellet Plant Project
Since the process of handling wood logs involves multiple stages such as chipping, crushing, and drying, the entire wood pellet production line is relatively complex. The customer had high expectations regarding equipment efficiency, reliability, and flexibility.
To meet these demands, ABC Machinery provided a fully customized 10TPH biomass wood pellet production solution. We designed and built a complete production line that includes wood chipping, crushing, drying, pelletizing, cooling, and packaging processes.
Wood Pellet Production Process Design
Wood log chipping – wood chips cleaning – coarse crushing – wet material storage – material drying – fine crushing – ready material buffering silo – pelleting system – pallet cooling and packing
- Two-Stage Crushing Process: Considering the characteristics of wood logs, a two-step crushing process was designed. The coarse crushing section uses screen sizes of 20*25mm, while the fine crushing step reduces wood chips to particles smaller than 5mm. This effectively minimizes equipment wear and improves processing efficiency.
- High-Efficiency Drying Equipment: Since raw wood logs have high moisture content, ABC Machinery adopted a rotary drum dryer with a multi-channel circulating heating structure to precisely control the moisture content of raw materials.
- Center Dust Collecting System: The entire factory is equipped with a centralized dust collection system that captures dust generated at each stage in real-time. This ensures a clean and efficient production process, meeting Indonesia’s stringent environmental standards. Additionally, the collected dust can be reused in the production process, reducing raw material waste.
